It is difficult to say without assessing you in person. It can take up to 3 months for implants to fully settle and take its final form. I suggest waiting until then before deciding your next action. Please speak to your surgeon if you are concerned.

I think for your frame your breasts look great.  Wait at least 6 months before deciding whether you are comfortable or not with the size then.  Everything looks like its healing within normal parameters.RegardsKim

You are still early in the healing process and what you are seeing right now is not your final results. Your implants would still drop over the next few months as your tissues relax.  Swelling on one breast may be worse than the other at some point, causing an asymmetrical look. It usually takes about 6 months to fully recover from a Breast augmentation. Follow-up with your surgeon regularly.

Congratulations on your breast augmentation.  Your result looks excellent.  So early after breast augmentation some asymmetry always occurs.  It will take 3 months to achieve your final result and as the implant moved down underneath the nipple areola and lower pole you may achieve a D cup bra especially at Victoria secret.  Be sure to follow with your plastic surgeon and asked about breast implant displacement exercises or other techniques to encourage the higher side to drop.
