Do I need lipo on my bra rolls or is it just loose skin?

I would say you appear to have a combination of both. Liposuction will help decrease the amount of fat in this area and might be able to have the skin appear better. Your skin may or may not look better however. Cool Sculpting is also a great option for the bra line area if you want to try something non surgical first. Good luck!

It appears as though liposuction will be nice for you.  However, some patients need an upper back lift to remove excess skin.

I get asked this question frequently and unfortunately, liposuction alone (regardless of technique--Coolsculpting, Vaser, tumescent, etc) will not tighten your skin to eliminate skin folds. Some skin retraction will occur but your back will not be smooth with liposuction only. For patients who can accept the scar, I perform liposuction with a midback lift which works very well to smooth the back and reduce the troublesome fat in that area. Liposuction alone, especially if performed aggressively, will only make the skin look looser and worse. Consult with board certified Plastic Surgeons who have extensive training in these procedures.  Best of luck!
