I am interested in Exilis for the jawline and neck area - skin tightening, not fat reduction, as I am very thin. Would Exilis be appropriate for someone who doesn't have fat to lose in these areas (just slightly loose, 50-something year old skin), and who has several dental crowns (with metal bases) and amalgam (metal) fillings in most molars?
