Eyelid/eyebrow surgery either or surgery to lower the eyebrow (closer to the eye) to give more of a masculine look? (Photos)

dear patient:  i would appreciate if I can see some of your photos.  Without these its really hard to determine what you need.  You should schedule seceral consultations with Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in your area.  Make sure they are Board Certified in plastic surgery.  I would start from there! In my opinion you're too young for facia surgery, maybe trying Botox to lower your brows might be an option.  Hope this helps!

Brows are animated by several muscles of facial expression.  The only brow elevator, however, is the frontalis, a broad sheet of paired, thin muscles which span the entire forehead save for their midline separation. In your first photo of Zac, he's contracting that muscle and thus elevating his brows.  That fact would be confirmed by transverse folds of compressed forehead skin were it not concealed by the bangs of his hairstyle.  In the second photo, his frontalis is relaxed (voluntarily or by injected neuromodulator).  No other change for Zac besides his facial expression, rest-assured.  Your desired look is best achieved with neuromodulator (Xeomin, Dysport, or Botox), a quick, easy office treatment.

Please post photos or privately message. Filler injection is a very predictable method to add fullness to the upper eyelids/brows. There are other options too. Best to set up personal consultation.

This is an unusual request to lower the Eyebrows.  I specialize in Male surgery and you should have a consultation with a surgeon to look at all the proportions of your face.Every Man has a uniqueness to his face and that creates the masculine look that is individualized to him.  There are some features that can be enhanced to make certain features stronger and more masculine.  This can be determined in person with a consultation.  That would be the best route. It would be nice to have seen your brow position to give you options. However, given your age questions and pictures of Zac, I would suggest the lease invasive procedure that would give you  reproducible predictable result. In my opinion that is using a neuromodulator (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport) to lower your brow to see if you like it. It's not permanent so if you done like the look you are back to where you were. I would stay away from surgery at your age ( not seeing your picture). I suggest seeing a specialized Oculoplastic surgeon or a experienced injector who knows eyebrow anatomy to give you the best results. Hope this helps!

I'd recommend against any surgery but would have you consider botulinum injections using either Botox or Xeomin for a result that should last for approximately 3 to 4 months.
