You may not have enough fat to obtain these dramatic results. Also, if the width of your pelvis and waist isn't that narrow, it will be very difficult to achieve this look. Your square shape will certainly be rounded out and your waist-to-hip ratio can be significantly improved, your final outcome may not be as extreme as your computer generated image. You probably are not going to get that much result. It depends on how much fat you have that can be removed to slim your waist and augment your buttocks. There is definitely improvement that can be made. I wouldn't guarantee that it would match your wish photo.

The results vary tremendously surgeon to surgeon.  I would recommend that you find a plastic surgeon who shares your interest in achieving as dramatic a result and as small a waist as possible.Find

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

I think that you need to be seen in person to be evaluated properly to determine if you are a good candidate for a BBL.

The results from Brazilian Butt Lift depends on the amount of fat you have for transfer. Your altered picture shows narrow waist, which can be achieved.
