Thanks for your question and the photos. You have a good result and your nipple position is in the proper place based on your anantomy. It is not worth additional scar to elevate the nipple position. It looks low to you because there is so much upper pole fullness. The distance from the nipple to the IMF (fold) determines how much the implant can settle in the lower pole. Implants have a certain width and height. If you place a larger implant it will probably result in even more fullness in the upper pole. The other potential downside is that the lower fold will be weakened and the implant can bottom out. I would not recommend any further surgery. Best of Luck!

It appears that the infirmary fold is inadequately released.  The muscle and fold are holding the implant up, which may not drop much further.  At the time of revision which would involve release of the tissues at the chest wall below the nipple, you could change to 550 cc, if that size would make you happier.  At 5 months, not much more is going to happen with this lower pole of the breast.  Your image of the ideal would require a revision surgery and a larger implant.

I would agree with
your surgeon . . . wait until a year passes to draw any conclusions. Your
implants will continue to settle and fill out the lower part of your breasts
and this may change the position of your nipples. Patience is a virtue in this circumstance . .

Thank you for your pictures.  Your result is good.  Your nipples are bit low. To put your nipples in the best position you will need to have your fold lowered especially it you desire larger implants.

The implants are slightly high in relation to your nipple position, but that could be corrected by dropping the folds a bit. That would definitely be necessary if you went any bigger. Dropping the implants would sacrifice some of the upper pole fullness that you now enjoy, however.

Hi, there.  At 5 months post-op, I doubt that you would "settle" more.  Your nipples are slightly low; you look natural.   I think that your nipples were in lower position of your breasts prior to surgery.  In regards to whether you should go larger, only you can answer that.  550cc implants may give you one cup size larger.  Currently, you look natural.  If you want to be larger/fuller, talk with your plastic surgeon.  Best wishes.
