The cost of Botox varies from place to place and from Office to office, depending on many factors one of which is pricing of the competition in the area. If 12 dolllars is a good price for your area go for it. That is what we charge for our clinic and we are in the middle of the road when it comes to pricing.

Botox for $12/unit is a relatively low price, but you're probably getting what you pay for.  I would not recommend having the treatment done by an internal medicine doctor and think the risk of a bad outcome or side effect would be greater than having the treatment done by a facial plastic surgeon, plastic surgeon, or dermatologist.
