Is it normal for red dot from under eye filler to still be there? (Photo)

In October 2021 I got under eye filler (Restylane) for the first time. I feel like it dissolved very quickly, (maybe due to my fast metabolism?) and was wanting to get some more soon but I've noticed ever since I had it done I have a red dot under my left eye from when it was injected. I read that it's normal for the first couple days but is it normal for it to still be there? Should I not get anymore filler?
