7 months after getting temples filled, I started to get severe swelling. Possible I've been injected into my muscles?

i had my temples filled(a procedure ive had previously with no problems) however 7 months after i had this done i started to get severe swelling from my temples which made the whole of my face swell up ! weirdly i flare up every other week lasting 4/5 days ..one side swells then other temple swells! it effects opening my mouth like jaw locks. Oral steroids bring the swelling down but it swells again after a few days. is it possible ive been injected into my muscles & thats causing it
