Hi @Vanessamdean. Thank you for sharing your photos--it would be unlikely for tear trough filler placed five months prior to migrate suddenly. You may have experienced some type of inflammation from a viral infection or allergic reaction. I recommend that you follow up with your injector.

From your description it seems you experienced some type of inflammation from a viral or allergic reaction. This may be what caused the changes you experienced. The pain you are experiencing may be sinus related. It would be very unusual for filler placed five months prior to migrate suddenly. I encourage you to follow up with your injector.

Hello and thank you for your question! Given the time frame in which the filler was done, it seems as if you are experiencing swelling which could result from the product used, allergies, changes in the body such as a cold or sickness( immune system reaction), etc. It is possible for filler to migrate over time, but over not over night. I suggest following up with your provider if this has been a consistent issue for you both to rule it out together and come up with a game plan! Hope this helps!
