Thanks for your question. The redness and marks are one of the common side effects after the INFINI treatment, and it can take 6-8 weeks for some of the marks to completely disappear. We highly recommend the TNS skin care line for scar treatment, and if you haven't already asked your provider about scar treatments, then you should ask.

In addition to Dr. Weiner's suggestions, we have had luck with using micro needle rollers and topical mild steroid creams. We have used a light fractionated non-ablative laser which has been helpful in decreasing these marks. The marks will go away over time and do not leave permanent effects. Hope this helps. Rest assured these marks will clear over time.   The needles of Infini are quite sharp and small and those puncture holes clear quickly.  It appears you got too much energy placed too superficially, hence the gooseflesh appearance.  These will gradually clear over time as well.  You might consider a growth factor serum such as Regenica to speed up the healing process.  

These marks can be seen up to 6-8 weeks and should go away. I like Lifeline too. Retin A will also help. For some reason, too much energy was place in the superficial layer of skin. I typically also would add VBeam or Excel V laser but with your darker skin type, I wouldn't do it.
