Hi, I had one treatment done 5 weeks ago to help with Acne scars. The treatment left me with grid marks, Pigmentation and 3 deep depressions (2 vertical and one round). I have not seen much improvment over the last 2 weeks. Any suggestions (hopefully that does not involve laser) to improve this? I am also gettin back on tretinoin 0.02% which has help a lot with the pigmentation. Thanks!
Answer: Infini treatment and followup This is a very rare side effect of Infini treatments. Typically most of my patients are fully recovered before one week. Have you been back to see your treating physician? If not, I would recommend followup with them. There are some topical and laser options that can help improve the clearing of these grid marks.

Answer: Side effects from Infini I would treat with VBeam or Excel V, Retin A, and skin bleacher. The lasers have been used for years to improve fresh scarring and improve redness. I too have the Gentle Waves and use on all my laser patients. There is actually a paper of using LED in combination with Infini showing improved results. I would try higher concentration of Retin A too.
