Would upper eyelid filler make them look better? (Photo)

Question

I dont have attractive eyes, but cant pin point exactly what it is about them that makes them not attractive. Something about them just makes them look very plain and not pretty. Can someone help me figure out what it is about them thats not desirable and what I can do (apart from makeup) to get them looking better? Maybe some type of filler work around them or something?

Generally speaking the eyelids are supposed to be quite thin. The excess skin that you see in the upper eyelid can be gotten rid of by means of filling out the eyebrow and I would recommend doing so with the use of your own fat. Your lower eyelids are also rather flat and hollow  and I would consider placing Fat there as well. Fat grafting, when performed by an expert Plastic Surgeon, should provide you with natural and permanent results. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery
