Face looks completely different after 2 months. Why? Nothings changed in my life. What do I do? I'm 18 years old (Photo)

I am 18 years old and my face looks completely different than how it regularly looks. The fist photo is me 2 months ago, and the second photo is me now in present day. My eyes and eyebrows look different, my nose, my jawline (no jawline anymore), my cheeks. I'm very insecure now and don't take any pictures. My boyfriend broke up with me Bc of it. I look worse and I don't know why. I am the same weight, and I've never been on any medications. Please help.
