I I can remember I've had this strange dent ib my thigh. It looks similar to a cellulite dimple except it's hard on the sides of the dimple which is about the width and length of my pointer finger. The actual dent portion of it just feels like nothing is under the skin- no fat, like an empty space. My GP had no aidea what it is and said its cosmetic and not to worry about it. I have had fat grafting it did not take I’m really hopeless Can I get it cut out?? I need a surgeon can

Thank you for your question regarding a strange dent on your thigh that did not improve with fat grafting. This is not an uncommon problem. Usually, fat grafting helps. I would suggest you have a repeat fat grafting procedure; I would inject more fat into this area. Since it is an area of deficit, you can't cut it out. If you remove further tissue from this area, it will be more indented, not less indented. Therefore, since it is an area that lacks volume, you need to add volume to correct it. Again, I suggest fat grafting, Restylane, Juvederm, and Sculptra. These are all FDA-approved fillers that can help situations like this. This is not an uncommon problem for an experienced thigh lift and thighplasty surgeons. Please seek a board-certified plastic surgeon.

Great posted photo. As to cause - could be congenital, traumatic as child? But I would offer a surgery called "Composite Grafting/Injections" where I use "pure fat grafts" + Radeisse/Sculptra injections in a combination along with sub dermal release of the dent using an AVELI system.
