Ruptured Implant not sent to manufacturer

Hello, In 2018 I had my silicone implants removed and replaced because one had ruptured. It is documented in my medical records with my Plastic surgeon the rupture. Their office did not send my ruptured implant into the manufacturer. I tried following up with them numerous times and never received a response. I'm trying to find out if Plastic surgeons have repsonsiblities to send in ruptured implants?

Your very large and wide implant does not fit your natural breast base so it will crowd close to your sternum. It would be better to go down to a size that fits your frame. Otherwise, just enjoy for now what you have. Your tissue is stretched and will thin and sag with time.

Based on the series of posted photos appears as asymmetry and volume differences or ruptured implant on right? Best to obtain utrasound/MRI of breasts to see if a rupture is present. Otherwise better to virtual consult with... for revision and exchange of implants in that need larger size/volume...
