Would a fat transfer make my breast look fuller on top?

One of the great advantages of breast fat transfer is the ability to put the fat right where it is needed. Oftentimes patients loose some volume and feel deflated in the upper pole of their breast. They don't want a lift or an implant; but do want a more youthful fullness and perkiness. Breast fat transfer can provide volume without going too large to rejuvenate the breast. The surgery is more nuanced than placing an implant so do speak to a surgeon that does a lot of breast fat transfer.

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts.
In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:
•	If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken
•	If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers
•	If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts
•	To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implants
You should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Hello and thank you for posting! Unfortunately you do not qualify for fat grafting only. It could make it look fuller on top but it will not significantly enhance your look. I do not think it will be worth the expense.

Fat transfer has to have the proper recipient site. It does not appear that you have much breast tissue in the top half of the breasts therefore, not much fat transfer will survive in the top half. You will need a breast lift and I recommend The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

As opposed to many of my colleagues, I like fat transfer to the breasts and perform it frequently with excellent results.

Fat transfer will restore breast fullness without implants. Which some patients like. Fat transfer can help with asymmetries right to left.

Fat transfer can restore some perkiness, not as much as a lift, but avoids lift scars in cases such as yours.

Generally,  a cup or two increase in size. It may be repeated months later for extra volume.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Based on your one front of you posted photo that transferred to upper polls of your breast can be done, but it would not affect any type of lifting. Breast fat transfer can increase breast size by about 1/2 cup.
It does not change the shape of your breast in any significant way.
The procedure is not good at restoring volume in the upper half of the breast.
The best procedure to increase volume or projection in the upper half of the breast is augmentation with implants.
In your case, you would probably need a breast lift with implant augmentation.
If you just want a bigger version of what you currently have than fat transfer can do that.
