Curious if cool sculpting would be a good option for my excess stomach fat? I am wanting something minimally envasive that can be performed (and healed) by summer time. I have an athletic build, enjoy working out, but after two kids the belly fat is sticking around and the bottom of my stomach is slightly loose. My stomach giggles a lot when walking in a bikini.

Answer: Coolsculpting/Emsculpt Thank you for sharing your photos! I wound have to examine you to best answer your question, but based on your photos, you may be a good candidate for Coolsculpting and/or Emsculpt. Coolsculpting uses controlled cooling to eliminate stubborn fat. I often combine Coolsculpting with another non-invasive procedure called Emsculpt, which helps build and tone muscle and strengthen your core muscles. Most patients require more than one treatment. These treatments are not as rapid or dramatic as surgical procedures, such as liposuction or a tummy tuck, but they have no down-time. I take a hands-on approach when treating my patients to develop a treatment plan that works best for each individual patient. I suggest making an appointment with a fully-trained plastic surgeon who performs surgical and non-surgical treatments to discuss your options.
