I'm a 48, healthy, momma of 5 (all adults). I'm 5'3 and 121lbs. I really want a BBL & breast fat transfer. I want a natural look. Noticeable change but not EXTREME! I'd like my old body back but a bigger booty an breasts. Do I have enough fat for a bbl and Breast fat transfer? I need a PS's help to help me love all of myself again!! I'm posting a pre-weight gain, current and wish picture (similar to my shape 6 years ago).
Answer: Combined BBL and breast fat transfer It is difficult to say without a physical exam to assess how much fat you have as a resource in each area. Your body weight and photos suggest you have a moderate amount of fat to transfer. I ask my patients to give me their priority list and target the high priority area first.

Answer: Surgery You do have some donor fat available to do both areas. I would suggest starting with the area that you wish to enhance most first.

Answer: Fat Transfer Candidate Thanks for your question. From you pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for a BBL and fat transfer to breasts. You would just need to be in good health and cleared for surgery. I would recommend scheduling a consult for a proper evaluation. Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take Care, Moises Salama MD, board certified plastic surgeon

Answer: BBL and Breast Fat Transfer Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a "mommy makeover" and have sufficient fat for your desired procedures. While the procedure is personalized to each patient, a "mommy makeover" often addresses volume loss in the buttock and breasts regions as well as a protruding abdomen by combining fat grafting to the buttocks and lateral hips, a tummy tuck with or without muscle plication, and a breast augmentation with implants or fat grafting. Additionally, you may benefit from having strategic liposuction to your flanks, middle/lower back and bra roll regions for an improved silhouette. An in person or virtual consultation with a MommyMakeover specialist will provide you an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully,Brandon Richland, MD

Answer: F48 y/o interested in BBL and breast fat transfer - do I have enough fat for both procedures? (photos) The amount of fat that is available is only one factor. Your goals as well as your selection of your surgeon are important as well. Most patients get an immense benefit with maximal liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back to obtain the smallest waist possible and then maximal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. The goal is to transfer fat from areas where you find it displeasing to areas in which you would like more volume. In general, 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. Multiple transfers would be required for additional ccs. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites but fat from other areas can be used. Some of the retention rate will depend upon the amount of fat transferred, as smaller volumes will likely have a higher survival. Occasionally, a patient can resorb a great deal of the fat despite optimal transfer procedures. Thinner patients are outstanding candidates in my opinion, because the fat transferred is extremely resistant. Results are largely dependent upon the skill of the surgeon, his/her ability to remove fat without creating contour deformities, and your expectations.

Answer: BBL and fat transfer to breasts Based on these photos, it looks like you will have sufficient amount of fat to be used for augmentation/shaping of breasts and buttocks/hips. In person consultation with a plastic surgeon with expertise in fat transfer and liposuction, is recommended. Good luck.
