Why is it so expensive to replace a ruptured implant?

I appreciate the Dr that have answered my post. Why is it so much more money to replace my implants? I have my mammogram scheduled for tomorrow . Two doctors have told me it will be 10,000 to remove scar tissue and replace the implants with silicone implants. I look on here and I see a lift And implants at around 7-8,000. How can it be a two hour surgery? What do you do to remove a capsulized pocket? How long will it take for the pocket to shrink after the rupture? Is it best to get a lift?
