Investment Banker - Boston, MA
This gentleman is a gifted artist. He has done 5 surgeries on me and 3 on my wife who is beautiful and 3 on friends I recommended from a tummy tuck to a face lift and chin lift on a 60 year old friend that changed his life...He is the best. I was the subject of an NBC tv program on men who have life changing face lifts because it was so outstanding
My nose was not feminine at all. It was over projected and long with a straight-ish bridge. It would have probably been a great nose .... if I was a guy! My nostrils were too large and I had a very slight hanging columella. There wasn't much about my big potato of a nose I did like. I made a 12 hour trip to see Dr. Gallico in Boston, MA. His office is in the beautiful back bay area and is lovely and the staff is wonderful. Immediately I could tell he understood what my nose should
Thank You - Boston, MA
The best treatments offered by Dr. Gregory, my acne disappeared absolutely, I am so happy and satisfied. I've been fighting against acne since I was a child and I spent a lot of time investing in creams without any success. Since my treatment with Dr. Gregory , I never had any more problems, I am so happy
Necrosis Recovery and Have Excessive Scarring Where the Drains Were - Boston, MA
I searched long and hard for a doctor I felt comfortable operating on me for an abdomnioplasy and lipo. I decided on Dr. Gallico. While the initial surgery went well, I noticed right away that at the drain sites there was a bad smell and discharge. Dr. Gallico removed the drains and declared me fine. After a few days, the discharge increased out of all my drain sites, one more than others. When I went back to have Dr. Gallico examine me, he declared I had necrotic tissue death.
He destroyed my eyes
I went to Dr. Galico five years ago to reduce the bags under my eyes and my drooping eyelids. He never listened to what I wanted and never even bothered to look at the pictures I brought him. All I remember is that when I was finally laying down and getting ready for surgery he said, “c’mon what are we waiting for let’s get this done....time is money”!!! He destroyed the symmetry of my eyes and I still have a staple he left in my right eyelid. He is simply too old and needs to

62, Single
I had saline breast implants done in 2005 and had wanted modest size increase and to be even. I was horrified with what I got. I had a lot of pain and the size was much too large, especially on one side, so that they were not even. I can't dress normally and have to wear baggy clothes. I cannot afford to have more surgery. The implants also still feel unnatural. I would advise others to realize that there are downsides to implants and no recourse if they aren't done

Crooked Nose - Boston, MA
Gallico did my rhinoplasty 3 years ago. My nose was large and had a bump on the bridge. Although those 2 issues were fixed, I was left with a VERY crooked nose. So much so, that the left side of my nose is completely caved in, and I cannot breath out of my left nostril. I am incredibly disappointed. Everyone said he was the guy to go to. I don't know what happened. I have not contacted him about a revision because I no longer trust him.

Liposuction on my saddle-bags and inner and out thighs
About 5 years ago I went to Dr. Gallico to have liposuction on my saddle-bags and inner and out thighs. Mind you, I am 5 1' and weigh between 104-108. The surgery went rather well--however about 9 months latter I started to get deformed looking bludges around all the treated areas. I went into see him and he attempted to correct the budged appearances by performing a "touch up" (basically another full-on surguery.) Recover the second time was awful, I even ended up in the ER
After reading hundreds of reviews on this site, and researching surgeons in my area, i decided to go for it. I had my consultation today at the boston center. Filled out some paperwork and was in for the consultation within minutes. They were all so helpful and as soon as i met my doctor I knew it would be a good fit. He was experienced, knowledgable, kind, and did not try to persuade me into other procedures. he actually complimented my body and reminded me to hold realistic
