I have been on the keto diet for three months which is a high fat diet therefor my cholesterol levels are high approximately 272 whereas the recommended levels are 199. I am 5’3 150 pounds with no health issues at all, can this be a concern for my doctor to clear me for my lipo surgery?

Thank you shaemarie99 for your question. Swelling can last 6-8 months after surgery, which can cause the hard lumps and bumps. Lymphatic massage can help. I would recommend following your surgeons protocol and follow up to be examined.
