I had surgery this week. I was a 34AA and wanted large B/small c. My PS said one breast was bigger than other, so he used 275 CC smooth round moderate plus On one side and 300 on other. He had to create a fold because I had none to begin with. Post surgery when I took my bra off, I cried. I can immediately tell which one is the bigger implant. One bottom is also very flat. But if it does settle/round it will then be lower than the other side. What's likelihood of them becoming symmetrical.

At this point in your recovery, it is much too soon to be
worried about the outcome. It takes time for the implants to settle into
position and the skin and muscle to stretch out to accommodate the new implant.
It may be 6 months or more before the shape has reached its final
look. Be patient...
