One year post breast augmentation. All is fine other than the right nipple is low and the silicone implant feels higher than the other side. The low nipple bothers me. My board certified surgeon told me that the implants are at the same level and the nipple is low because that's how it was before surgery. I could agree that the nipple was lower to start, however I feel that if the right implant was a bit lower the nipple would be better. The right incision area is also tighter than the left.
