Low right nipple and right implant feels higher than the left. Crescent lift or release the implant?

Based on your preoperative photographs, the nipples should be at the same level today from left to right.  Your right breast needs to be revised.  This is a technical problem with the first surgery.

From your pictures, it is difficult to say if the right breast truly is sitting higher than the left breast. To me, they look fairly similar in position. My concern would be that if you released the right breast, that postoperatively, the right mount would look comparatively too low.
