After fat grafting and under eye fat repositioning I look like a monster. It looks overdone. Can this be reversed?

but
for the fat grafting usually more than half of the fat is going to get absorbed after the first surgery (so most of the patients have the retouch procedure), so for start I would suggest you to go for a follow-up consultation with your doctor and he will explain better about the recovery, or to any other clinic that could provide you more information about the procedures you had. Without a face-to-face consultation or photos, it is hard to recommend you anything.
