RevisIon rhino- post op 10 days. Worried about columella. I love my surgeon and trust him completely but a bit anxious now.

You have good reason to love and trust your surgeon, as your revision rhinoplasty results already show some nice improvements. Anxious feelings are a normal part of any rhinoplasty, especially when a revision procedure is done. Share your concerns with your surgeon, but I expect that your physician will offer you reassurance that everything is fine with your tip and columella. You have normal post revision rhinoplasty swelling and with time, you will see further refinement. Good luck. 

Thank you for your question and I'm sorry you're nervous about your result. I recommend you discuss this with your surgeon, as he/she knows best what done during your surgery. I certainly see your concern, but you cannot make any judgements so early on in the healing process. The nose, including the tip the ala and consequently the columella will go through multiple changes. So please be patient, let the healing take place, and communicate with your surgeon. Once enough time has passed (6-12 months), you can reevaluate, and if touch up is necessary, it can be decided at that time. Good luck!
