Is there a way to make my radix and glabella less wide looking? (Photos)

from your photos I think you should try filler injection into the upper nose/radix area. This will help you determine if you like the appearance. If you want surgery then cartilage graft and fascia would help.

A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish narrowing a wide nose including the glabella and radix.  Medial and lateral osteotomies can accomplish narrowing with a closed rhinoplasty approach.  All incisions are placed on the inside of the nose.  No external incisions are required unless you are performing an alar reduction surgery

Radix augmentation with diced cartilage and fascia  will give you the improvement you are looking for. You can try filler initially to see if you like the change and then have the surgery to achieve it on a more permanent basis.
