Is there a procedure to enlarge the flaps and sculpt my nose similar to to Megan Fox? (photo)

Rhinoplasty is complicated and demands exceptional skill on behalf of the surgeon and great communication with the patient about realistic goals and expectations.It is difficult to fully assess your nose from the photos you provide due to the various angles and lighting. But from what I see I think your nose is very proportional and fits your face. An inperson consultation would shed more light.Make sure to seek out the care of a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in rhinoplasty. Find someone you connect with who will listen to your concerns and provide you with a framework for what is possible.

I would recommend setting up a consultation with a board certified surgeon that has 3D imaging. With this technology we are able to take a photo of you and change your nose to what you'd ideally like and have you see several angles of actual photos of yourself with your new nose so that you are able to best choose what you prefer. After all you are the one that has to live with your new nose so it should be the one that you want.
