My love handles remain after 1000cc of lipo. What else can be done? Is my skin too thick or loose in the area? (Photos)

You can still have some swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend Vanquish to all my post-liposuction patients, which you can have now.  After liposuction, I also recommend exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. If you have skin laxity, you may have needed skin removal. I suggest you speak to your physician or get a HI DEF VASER revision procedure if you truly want the most possibile contouring.  See an expert. I think you could benefit from a little more liposuctioning. But, I'm evaluating from a picture and not in person, which is key.  If skin laxity is a concern and you don't want a long scar then consider adding a modality such as ThermiTight, which uses radiofrequency energy to assist in maximizing skin contraction.  Good luck!

Based on your pictures I would say your results are good to very good.
Based on your pictures and what you describe I believe skin laxity is what's keeping you from your ideal look.
My best guess is your plastic surgeon was fairly aggressive and took out about as much fat as possible.
For patients with even the slightest skin laxity or one large amounts of fat or removed the skin will often drop and have a slight fullness that can look like persistent fat.
In regards to the feminist look I don't think it's all that bad and I was certainly not say you have a feminine body in anyway.
If anything you'll have a strong highly masculine athletic looking.
It is true that when performing liposuction in this area the plastic surgeon should be careful to not liposuction the waste area as much as the hips don't know order not to create a feminine curves.
The body should be more linear and have more of a V shape.
Again, in your case I don't think this is that much of an issue and I think the results are consistent with someone who is highly competent.
In terms of what you can do my best suggestion to you comes from a famous expression in plastic surgery which goes"The enemy of good is perfect"
Leave good enough alone and be happy with a nice result in a very good looking body that you should be proud of.
Continue staying lean and working out and don't worry about The areas they were treated because they look like they were treated well.
