Upper abdomen liposuction for fat pockets under breast. (photos)

Thank you for your pictures and questions. Your body transformation in the pictures is impressive. Based on the very lean pictures, these areas appear small and may respond well to liposuction. In some of the other pictures, there seems to also be excess skin in the area. Without an exam it can be hard to give specific advice. One consideration might be that if you are going to have a breast lift that includes an incision in the inferior breast fold, skin could be resected from below the fold, akin to a small reverse tummy tuck, to remove that skin and fat and tighten that area up. Just a thought and something to discuss with your chosen board certified plastic surgeon.Best of luck!

Thank you for your question. Examination in person is the only way to determine whether you'd benefit from liposuction. It doesn't appear that you have much fat, however. Speak with your surgeon about your concerns. Combining liposuction with a breast lift/reduction is common.

Based on your pictures, you look like you would be a candidate for liposuction which could be combined with your breast reduction/lift procedure. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition.
