I met with a plastic Surgeon a year and a half ago regarding a breast lift. I feel I'm ready to go ahead with it. However. I am really on the fence about getting an implant as well. My breasts are very heavy saggy DD cup. I really want them to be firm and not flattened when I wear things. I would love to never wear underwire again. I really don't want to go bigger. I would just really like them to be rounder and firmer not flattened. Can I do this without an implant and still have what I want?

No, you will need the vertical lift or you may be left with somewhat wide and flat breasts since the shape cannot be fully achieved with just the areolar lift on you. Please do not the crescent lift or you will have elongated areolae and still sag.
