Definitely. Having had  fatty lipomas removed is no risk at all to falling pregnant. There is a slight risk of hernia recurrence during pregnancy but is depends on how significant the hernia was, whether it was due to muscle weakness (ventral or spigelian hernia)  or an inguinal hernia (lower groin area)  and how long ago it was repaired.
