I have a lipoma about 8mm in size inside the right buttock pressing on the nerve giving me sciatica pinched nerve pain symptoms in the buttock, hip, groin and down leg. I am waiting to schedule surgery for removal. What should i expect for recovery time and I sit a lot at work?
