Can you advise me on bad lipo in gluteal fold/fat transfer? My Dr don't want to do another review

I had done a lipo inner and outer things and arms a year ago at the surgery Dr Asked me " I gonna go over under you gluteal area, this is my gift for you" I'd not imagine that she went crazy on that and made me a side by side fold! under my natural fold! Looking horrible by side position because I have a big natural butt. She is been told me that she make me a favor that now I look better but it is not,6 day ago Dr made a fat transfer in the outer side of the gluteus. She is evasive and mind.
