I've struggled with melasma for years. Previously (not currently) used Triluma and have had IPL. Still using Ulta MD spf 45 sunscreen daily. Now I'm pregnant. Is there anything I can use DURING pregnancy to clear up melasma (or prevent progression) that is safe for the fetus?
