Geez, what could possibly go wrong here? You are sick AND planning to have surgery OUTSIDE the US. Either issue by itself can be a big problem. Seriously, your surgery is elective and it is NOT prudent to undergo it if you are sick. You may experience problems that otherwise could be avoided.
