I am post-op day 8-full upper body. I know swelling occurs for up to 6 months and varies on several factors. I do everything possible to minimize the factors that produce edema but can literally feel the swelling fluctuate during day to extent that I'm uncomfortable in my garment. I avoid heat like the plague and run a/c at 64-70 degrees. I work a desk job so am not too active, and limit my sodium to less than 1gm per day but still swell up so tight randomly. Any other suggestions? I'm miserable
