Is there any way to suck the fat out of my butt?

I'm a guy and I'm big and I have a big butt and I feel like there is now way to loose it other than surgery because I feel like if I work out it only gets firmer and tighter.

If you have fat that can be removed appropriately, buttock liposuction can reduce the size of the buttock.  Generally, surgeons don't like to do this as it leads to flattening of the buttock.Please see an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation.Thank you for your question!

If your buttocks are affected by excess fat, then liposuction can certainly help reduce its size. However, if working out makes your buttocks more prominent, then chances are your buttocks are enlarged due to bulky muscle. This muscle cannot be safely modified with cosmetic surgery.You can try exercises that tone rather than bulk up your buttocks.

Good question-- If you are an appropriate candidate, liposuction can remove this stubborn fat.  Sometimes in males, the fat is more fibrous and difficult to remove, and ultrasound-assisted liposuction can be of benefit in this situation. Yes, buttock liposuction is possible but an in person evaluation is needed. If the skin is loose, the butt may sag after liposuction - this can be fixed with a lift if needed.
