How to remove these scars? (Photo)

Hi I have a few scars I want to remove. I was getting cortisone injections high strength but these scars wont go away. What can I do? Are these keloids or hypertrophic scars? How much would it cost ? I have about 5 small ones and a long one under my breast from breast implants procedure. Who can do it for me? Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom location.

Hypertrophic scars can be improved with Plato's Scar Serum or Sequel Scar Serum twice daily followed by intralesional injections of Kenalog. I would advance the scar treatment with fractional laser as well. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian
