Yes, you can get a lip piercing after having lip fillers. Since it’s been three months, the filler has settled. However, it’s a good idea to talk to both your doctor and the person doing the piercing. They need to make sure the piercing won’t affect the filler or cause any problems.

At three months, much of your filler has most likely dissipated.
I see no reason why you can’t pierce your lip but I suggest you ask your provider if you want their opinion.
