TriLuma is no longer working on my Melasma. What are your thoughts on oral Tranexamic acid?

jtd060198
I’ve been using TriLuma for two years now to spot treat my melasma on my forehead and bilateral cheeks. My dermatologist states that a laser procedure would not be effective on “Asian skin.” I use Elta sunscreen 2-3x daily and avoid the sun with every precaution possible. What other treatment options are available?
