Answer: My stitches busted open 2 weeks post butt implants, my doctor said he can't restitch them, what do I do? Hello. Great question. I am sorry for your post op difficulties. Suturing once again your incisions may cause more damage. It is best for it to heal in its own. Best of luck with your recovery.

Answer: Incision Breakdown Thank you for your pictures. You need to have this issue addressed sooner rather than later. Re-suturing the incision is not the answer. The incision shows signs of tissue loss which could lead to infection. The areas of tissue loss need to be surgically removed and if the implants are threatened then the implants should be removed.Best Wishes.

Answer: Wound separation after buttock implants I could be wrong but from the looks of the photographs your surgeon has very little experience in performing buttock implant surgery. The incision placement is poor and drastically long and the implant placement unorthodox. If your wound is open and your implants are exposed then the implants need come out sooner than later so that the healing process can begin. Again, from the looks of your photos, this is bound to happen. If the implants are exposed and they’re not removed your wound will never heal.
