Hi Strawberrybubble.  Sorry to hear that you have been so uncomfortable.  It is very possible that your discomfort may be attributable to the weight of your breast.  In addition to the social problems associated with large breasts, it is well established that they can cause physical pain.  Fortunately, clinical studies have demonstrated that back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, bra strap grooving, and even rashes under the breast can improve with a breast reduction.  I would encourage a formal consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.  Best of luck.

  Based on your description, I would not be surprised if (at least some of the) trapezius muscle pain is related to your larger breasts. Of course, physical examination will be required to provide you a definitive advice.   Also, based on your description, you may be an excellent candidate for breast reduction surgery at some point;   this operation tends to be one of the most patient pleasing operations we perform.  When the time is right, seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Extremely large breasts have been linked to a number of physical complaints including back aches, neck pain, and numbness in the fingers in hands. the weight of your breast pulling on your bra strap is what causes your neck, back and shoulder (trapezius) pain. A breast reduction will greatly reduce all this and maybe covered by your insurance.
