I have chronic pain, and a number of symptoms are related to breast size, although not exclusively caused by. I am a 34ff (34" band, 41" around breasts) wt 137lbs, ht 5'. I have a thoracic herniation causing pain around my rib cage, & bras are very painful. Going w/o bras causes neck pain, hunched posture, shoulder pain, occipital headaches. I am unable to engage exercises and many normal activities. Ideal outcome would be to wear minimally constrictive bras; built in bras, bralettes, or none.
