Laser removal didn't work for cherry angina, other options? (Photo)

I had laser removal done on two larger cherry angiomas. They have recently grown in size due to trauma, and now one is raised above the skin. The laser treatment had no effect whatsoever. Looking into what other options I might have before seeking other treatment, thank you.
