I had a cyst removed from my nose. It left a crater-like hole. Dermatologist recommended a subcision, which IMO, made it look even worse. I then went to a different plastic surgeon who recommended Fillers. 3 treatments did not help at all. There has to be some sort of other option available here. This is causing me a ton of mental anguish/social anxiety due to its prominence in the center of my face. Do any doctors have any advice? I'm willing to do whatever it takes at this point. Thanks a million.

Once the hematoma results, you may be at risk for a scar nodule. I would massage the area with Plato's Scar Serum followed by occasional Kenalog injection.Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
