Diffuse pain with breast implants 1 year post-op, what could be the cause?

ania916
I've had my breast implants for a year. Pain on one side never went away since the day of the surgery, and last night got significantly worse. I have pain in my left breast(specially when I move implants), left arm, anterior, posterior, and lateral trunk including shoulder blade. It gets worse when I take a deep breath, and I feel slightly dizzy. Last week I noticed both arms to go numb and tingling. I'm unable to go to a hospital at the moment. What could this possibly be?
