What is the difference between Lumenis Photo Fractional and Fraxel restore?

I always combine lasers with microneedling/prp, Sculptra, peels and rf treatments for more robust outcomes for facial rejuvenation. Fraxel ReStore is a non ablative laser, in both 1927 and 1550 wavelengths, whilst photo rejuvenation involves IPL light combined with factional technology. Do not limit yourself to two device choices, its the method that counts. Fraxel 1927 though it works superficially to help with pigmentation is an excellent laser, however for volume replacement, yes fillers are needed for significant changes. Collagen stimulation to the point of volume changes can not usually be achieved with lasers.
