I had rhinoplasty done about 2 years ago, and it turned out good beside one bump located on the lower cartilage (after the bone and above the tip). I believe it's excess cartilage, and it makes it look like I have a crooked nose. The other side is smooth. It feels like it's the edge/side of the cartilage. When I feel it it’s like a thin line of raised cartilage – like a “sharp” cartilage edge that is pointing out and making a bump. Why do I now have a bump here? How can it get fixed?
