I'm 24 years old and am currently a 34DDD. Would a breast lift and reduction work for me? (photos)

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method.  This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

You should be able to achieve projection with this alone, however, after your consultation, you will be able to better assess whether adding an implant is right for you. Hello, thank you for your question. You are an optimal candidate for breast reduction surgery as your breast size is disproportionately large compared to the rest of your body frame. The surgery will also help to reshape and recontour your breasts. Very large breasts have the natural tendency to sag or hang low, so breast reduction surgery will lift them up and help them look perkier under tight clothing. The gram amount is dependent upon the density of the breast tissue and the volume removed. No direct correlation exists with cup sizes.

You are correct, you'll need an implant to put some reliable fullness in the upper pole. For situations where the goal is to reduce the breast size, it should be a highly cohesive, low profile device to minimize size contribution while providing upper pole fullness.

There are surgeons who would  perform a reduction and place an implant at the same time for upper fullness. I never thought that was a great idea as it introduces more risk to the procedure. I recommend a lift and slight reduction only. An implant can be added later  if necessary but most likely you won’t need it.

breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. Hello and thank you for your question and photo's.  You can have a reduction with an implant .  You can have a smaller implant if you don't want to be large.  It'll give you the upper pole fullness you want and still can be the same size or smaller with the lift/reduction.
